Refund & cancellation policy

Every new account gets a free 7-day trial with every feature, so you can evaluate the Service before paying.

Prepaid plans

Plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months. You can stop renewing at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, followed by a 3-day grace period, after which the account moves to the free Paper plan. Open positions are never affected.

Refunds

• If you were charged twice or charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the duplicate amount.
• If you cannot use the Service because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within 7 days, we refund the unused portion of the current period.
• Otherwise, payments for a period that has started are not refundable.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
